- Shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders $150 and over pre-tax.
- Orders are processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days due to high order volume.
- Orders placed after 3pm CST will be shipped the NEXT business day
- FREE local pickup is available in Mount Juliet, TN (please include in order notes in your shopping cart.
Returns:
- White Lily Boutique does not currently offer refunds. We do however accept returns for store credit or we can exchange if the item is still available.
- Items can be returned if:
- Within 7 days of the date of purchase; receipt is required for in-store returns/exchanges.
- In unused and resell-able condition upon inspection
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
- The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Discounted, Sale, and Clearance Items
- Shoes
- Jewelry
- Accessories (handbags, wallets, purses, belts, hats)
- Intimates (including bodysuits, bralettes, and nipple covers/ sticky boob pasties)

- Store credit may be used towards purchase of in-stock items only. Please not that the credit does not expire, however it cannot be used with any other promotions or discounts. How do I return?

- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
What items are returnable?
Items can be returned if:
- Within 7 days of the date of purchase; receipt is required for in-store returns/exchanges.
- In unused and resellable condition upon inspection
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Discounted, Sale, and Clearance items
- Shoes
- Jewelry
- Accessories (handbags, wallets, purses, belts, hats)
- Intimates (including bodysuits, bralettes, and nipple covers/ sticky boob pasties)
- Gift Items, including Sweet Grace, Inis, and Soberdough
The item I received is damaged!

Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to store credit only (a Gift Card that never expires, and can be used online and in store)
How do I ship back the items?
Ship items back however is easiest for you, via USPS, FedEX, or UPS.
How soon will I get my refund to store credit?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund for store credit request. If approved, the refund for store credit request will be processed within 3-5 working days after approval.
