Last year I bought a complete outfit for my grandson's wedding rehearsal dinner from the dress, kimona, hat and necklace at White Lily, (along with a couple Hobo handbags, etc) The leather like cord the necklace was strung on broke (from my seat belt cutting into it I wore it so much) as it seemed to compliment everything in my summer wardrobe. I wasn't able to order another one, nor would any of the jewelry shops repair costume jewelry so as I was crying on Beth's (my saleslady at White Lily) shoulders telling her what happened she said "if it means that much to you bring it in and I will see if I can repair it." I could not believe she offered her time to try to try to make me happy. She looked at it and said if you can find some similar cord I think I can restring it. A trip to Hobby Lobby and a couple hours later Beth called to say she had it repaired; and it looked even better than the original one. I was elated and it made my day!!! Not many folks would go that far to make a customer happy, but Beth did.
