• *We offer free shipping on US orders over $150 pre-tax.
• For orders under $150, we offer a flat rate shipping of $8.99
• We happily offer shipping through USPS, FEDEX, and UPS
• Orders ship within 1-3 business days.
• Once Shipped, packages usually arrive within 1-5 business days depending on the option selected
• Orders placed on Sunday will not be Processed Until Monday, as our Fulfillment Studio is Closed on Sundays.
• Preorder items are not eligible for Express Shipping
• International Shipping (Not Available At This Time)
• *WHITE LILY Online is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please confirm your address before submitting your order.

Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

How do I return?

• Visit our returns center at whitelily.returnscenter.com
• Enter your order number and email address to start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable? 

 Items can be returned if:

• Within 7 days from delivery date
• In unused and reselable condition upon inspection
• In the original packaging with all the tags intact
• Returns must include the packing slip you received with the items. If you don’t have access to a printer and have lost your packing slip, you can write your name, order number, and items you are returning. You must include the order number that each item came from. Items returned without this information will not be accepted.
• Items cannot be returned via drop off; they must be shipped so that we can ensure your items are received and accounted for.
• Items returned smelling of smoke, smelling of perfume, that have pet hair, appear to be dirty, or have been worn will not be accepted. Items need to be returned in the same condition that we sent them out. If shoes came in a box, they need to be returned in a box. Please ensure that the items you send back are sent back in a plastic bag inside the poly mailer or box to ensure they don't get ruined in transit.
• Items returned that do not meet the return eligibility will be sent back. Customers will have to pay return shipping to receive the items back that cannot be processed as a return.
• Returns can take up to 7 business days to process but we work through them as fast as possible and they are usually processed much faster. Once your item has been received and processed, you will receive an email alerting you.
• If you attempt to return an item that does not meet the criteria stated in our return policy or hasn’t been authorized, your return will not be able to be processed. If we receive your item and are unable to process your return for this reason, we will keep your items until you pay for return shipping to have them sent back to you.

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Discounted, Sale, and Clearance items are all FINAL SALE
  
• Jewelry
• Accessories (handbags, wallets, purses, belts, hats)
• Intimates (including bodysuits, bralettes, and nipple covers/ sticky boob pasties)
• Gift Items, including Sweet Grace and Inis

The item I received is damaged!

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

How do I ship back the items?

Ship items back however is easiest for you, via USPS, FedEX, or UPS, you pay return shipping costs. Ship to:

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund for store credit request. If approved, the refund for store credit request will be processed within 7 working days after approval.
