All Orders Ship fast from Mt. Juliet, Tennessee! We offer free shipping on purchases of $150 or more. We strive to provide fast shipping within 72 business hours, however we update our current shipping timeline in the banner at the top of our website each day.
If your order has not shipped and it has been longer than the advertised time frame in the banner of our website, please email our amazing customer service team at whitlily.tn@gmail.com so they assist you.
LOCAL PICK UP: Local Pickup and returns are available Tuesday-Friday from 10AM to 6PM, Saturdays 10AM to 5PM. Once your item is ready, you will get an email that you can pick up your order. Local pick up follows the same timeline as our shipping timeline, posted at the top of the website. Please do not come pick up your order until you have received an email that your order is ready to be picked up.We happily offer shipping through USPS, FEDEX, and UPS
Once Shipped, packages usually arrive within 1-5 business days depending on the option selected
Order Processing takes 1-3 business days
Orders placed on Friday will not be Processed Until Monday, as our Warehouse is Closed on Saturdays & Sundays.
Preorder items are not eligible for Express Shipping

Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges for purchases made online.
How do I return?
- Visit our returns center at whitelily.returnscenter.com
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
What items are returnable?
Items can be returned if:
- Within 7 days from delivery date (in store purchase or online); receipt is required for in-store returns/exchanges.
- In unused and resellable condition upon inspection
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
- Returns must include the packing slip you received with the items. If you don’t have access to a printer and have lost your packing slip, you can write your name, order number, and items you are returning. You must include the order number that each item came from. Items returned without this information will not be accepted.
- Items cannot be returned via drop off; they must be shipped so that we can ensure your items are received and accounted for.
- Items returned smelling of smoke, smelling of perfume, that have pet hair, appear to be dirty, or have been worn will not be accepted. Items need to be returned in the same condition that we sent them out. If shoes came in a box, they need to be returned in a box. Please ensure that the items you send back are sent back in a plastic bag inside the poly mailer or box to ensure they don't get ruined in transit.
- Items returned that do not meet the return eligibility will be sent back. Customers will have to pay return shipping to receive the items back that cannot be processed as a return.
- Returns can take up to 7 business days to process but we work through them as fast as possible and they are usually processed much faster. Once your item has been received and processed, you will receive an email alerting you.
- If you attempt to return an item that does not meet the criteria stated in our return policy or hasn’t been authorized, your return will not be able to be processed. If we receive your item and are unable to process your return for this reason, we will keep your items until you pay for return shipping to have them sent back to you.
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Discounted, Sale, and Clearance items are all FINAL SALE
- Jewelry
- Accessories (handbags, wallets, purses, belts, hats)
- Intimates (including bodysuits, bralettes, and nipple covers/ sticky boob pasties)
- Gift Items, including Sweet Grace, Inis, and Soberdough
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 3 days of the delivered date. We can be reached in store at 615-754-5618 or at whitelily.tn@gmail.com
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
How do I ship back the items?
Ship items back however is easiest for you, via USPS, FedEX, or UPS, you pay return shipping costs.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund for store credit request. If approved, the refund for store credit request will be processed within 7 working days after approval.
