• Shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders $150 and over pre-tax.
• Orders are processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days due to high order volume.
• Orders placed after 3pm CST will be shipped the NEXT business day
• FREE local pickup is available in Mount Juliet, TN (please include in order notes in your shopping cart.

Returns: 

• White Lily Boutique does not currently offer refunds. We do however accept returns for store credit or we can exchange if the item is still available.
•  Items can be returned if:
• Within 7 days of the date of purchase; receipt is required for in-store returns/exchanges.
• In unused and resell-able condition upon inspection
• In the original packaging with all the tags intact

• The following items cannot be returned:
• Gift cards
• Discounted, Sale, and Clearance Items
• Shoes
• Jewelry
• Accessories (handbags, wallets, purses, belts, hats)
• Intimates (including bodysuits, bralettes, and nipple covers/ sticky boob pasties)
